Beginner Pitching Assessment

60 Minutes | $135

Who it’s for:

Athletes who are brand new to pitching or just getting started. This is ideal for those learning a fastball and beginning to understand the basics of pitching mechanics.

What’s included:

• Pre-pitching warm-up (movement prep + mobility)

• Introduction to proper mechanics & movement patterns

• Fastball development

• Drill work + foundational cues

Focus:

Building a strong foundation and teaching athletes how their body should move throughout the pitch.

Comprehensive Pitching Assessment

60 Minutes | $150

Who it’s for:

Pitchers who have established a fastball and are developing or learning a changeup, and are ready to better understand how their movement translates to spin and speed.

What’s included:

• Detailed pre-pitching warm-up (movement prep + mobility)

• Shoulder mobility assessment

• Motor preference testing & assessment

• Mechanical + sequencing breakdown

• Video analysis (fastball & changeup)

• PitchLogic data (fastball & changeup)

• Velocity analysis

• Drill work + targeted adjustments

Focus:

This assessment bridges the gap between foundational mechanics and data-driven development. Athletes will begin learning how their movement patterns impact spin direction, efficiency, velocity, and overall ball flight.

Using video analysis, PitchLogic data, shoulder mobility screening, and motor preference assessment, we identify inefficiencies and build a more individualized approach to movement and pitch development.

Athletes leave with targeted drills, individualized cues, and a clearer understanding of what to focus on moving forward.

Elite Pitching Assessment

90 Minutes | $225

Who it’s for:

Advanced pitchers who are throwing multiple pitches and are ready for a deeper, data-driven breakdown of their mechanics, movement patterns, and overall pitch performance.

What’s included:

• Detailed pre-pitching warm-up (movement prep + mobility)

• Shoulder mobility assessment

• Motor preference testing & assessment

• Full mechanical + sequencing breakdown

• Video analysis (all pitches)

• PitchLogic data (all pitches)

• Velocity tracking & analysis

• In-depth video + data review

• Drill work, targeted adjustments, and individualized cues

Focus:

This assessment takes a full-system approach to pitching development—analyzing how the athlete’s body moves, generates force, transfers energy, and ultimately translates movement into ball flight.

The extended 90-minute format allows time not only for on-field adjustments, but also for a deeper review of video analysis, PitchLogic metrics, mobility limitations, and movement tendencies. Athletes leave with a clearer understanding of their mechanics, pitch performance, and a detailed plan for continued development.

This is the highest level assessment offered and is ideal for pitchers looking to maximize performance across their full arsenal.

Not Sure Which to Book?

New to pitching → Beginner Assessment

Fastball + learning change → Comprehensive Assessment

Multiple pitches → Elite Assessment

What’s Next?

After assessment you’ll receive a detailed development plan built from your athlete’s mechanical breakdown and performance data. From there, families can choose the lesson format that best supports continued growth.

Once enrolled in recurring lessons, athletes receive:

• Access to all evaluation videos

• Access to all lesson videos moving forward

• The ability to upload game or practice footage for remote analysis and feedback

This structure ensures measurable progress and continued development beyond scheduled lesson time.

Private Lessons (1:1)

Private pitching lessons are one-on-one, hands-on sessions designed around each athlete’s individual mechanics, goals, and stage of development.

Each lesson includes:

• Personalized instruction tailored to the pitcher’s movement patterns and current focus areas

• Video analysis using the OnForm app for slow-motion breakdown and visual feedback

• One PitchLogic evaluation per month, providing objective data on spin rate, spin direction, velocity, and pitch movement

• Targeted drills and cueing to connect feel, mechanics, and results

These sessions are intentional and progressive — combining real-time coaching with measurable data to improve consistency and long-term performance.

Semi-Private Lessons (2:1)

Train alongside one other pitcher in a focused, high-level small group designed to maximize reps, feedback, and individualized development.

Each session blends technical mechanical breakdowns, mobility and activation work, and video analysis to improve efficiency, power, and consistency on the mound.

Athletes receive the same hands-on coaching and detailed instruction as a private lesson, with the added benefit of shared energy, competition, and accountability.
