Weekend Intensive Training
The 3 Hour Pitching Intensive is a comprehensive, data-driven session designed for athletes who want a detailed and intentional breakdown of their pitching mechanics and performance.
This extended format allows us to slow everything down, identify root causes, and make meaningful adjustments that often aren’t possible in a standard lesson.
Each intensive begins with a detailed pre-pitching warm-up focused on movement prep and mobility to properly prepare the body. From there, we move into a full mechanical evaluation, breaking down sequencing, timing, and movement patterns to create a clear understanding of how the athlete moves and where adjustments are needed.\
Athletes will then work through targeted drill progressions, cueing, and skill development—ensuring they not only understand what needs to change, but how to apply it.
Performance is supported by real data and detailed analysis, including PitchLogic metrics, velocity tracking, and full slow-motion video breakdown using the OnForm app. All session footage is uploaded directly to OnForm, giving athletes ongoing access to review their mechanics, compare movements, and reinforce adjustments.
The Intensive Includes:
• Comprehensive mechanical evaluation with a detailed breakdown of sequencing, timing, and movement patterns
• PitchLogic analysis (spin rate, spin direction, efficiency, velocity, and pitch movement)
• Velocity evaluation to establish current performance baselines
• Full slow-motion video analysis using the OnForm app, including visual comparisons and frame-by-frame breakdown
• Targeted drills, cueing, and athlete education so she understands what is happening, why it’s happening, and how to adjust it
• A clear development focus with take-home priorities to guide future training
Following the intensive, athletes will receive a personalized 3-week program based on what was covered, along with one additional video analysis submission (practice, bullpen, or game) to ensure continued progress and accountability.
This session is ideal for athletes looking to refine mechanics, build consistency, increase velocity, and create lasting changes through a structured, in-depth, and measurable approach.
